In 2024- Established FEISU branch, the separation of the company's headquarters extrusion project. With aninvestment of 10 million RMB, FEISU branch was established in Donatai, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. Leave it to the professionals, dedicating to the R&D of electronic information transmission wire extrusion equipment.
In 2022- GEMWELL successfully developed the "3000RPM servo split type constant tension taping machine".Compared with various taping machines in the market, the innovative design concept has a competitive advantage productivity and quality stability. The output of one machine can reach up to two traditional machines, witch amuch easier operation and stable quality. It becomes the preferred model for high-end signal cable.
GEMWELL successfully developed the "rotary capstan". Linkage with back twist pay off and large cantilever single twist machine, it has solved the problem of high-speed cabling for large cables diameter more than 30mm. The cabling speed is about 5 times to traditional cage strander.
In 2021- Cooperating with Poland well-known flexible chain enterprise, GEMWEll designed and developed "Shaftless constant tension back twist stranding machine", creating a new beginning of shaftless motorized back twist stranding.
In 2020- Cooperating with one of the world's top three connector manufacturers from United States, GEMWELL designed and developed " 2500 RPl three servo power driven taping machine ". With high efficiency and stable quality, this machine has become the designated tape wrapping equipment for the global wire & cable enterprise.
In 2019 - in order to meet customer needs and expand production scale, GEMWELL invested 100 million RMB to establish Jiangsu Technology Plant in Jiangsu Province, and built 28,000 square meters of intelligent industrial plants and R&D buildings to achieve large-scale and digital production.
in 2018 - Cooperated vith one famous high-speed transmission cable enterprise in Hangzhou, GEMWELL developed'QSFP flat cable servo power driven constant tension fork stranding machine", successfuly replacing the traditional planetary stranding process, keep constant tension on rotating cage, with the product qualification rate close to 100%.
In 2017 - Cooperated with one famous listed company in Zhejiang province, which is one of largest high speed transmission cable enterprise, GElMWELL developed "2000 RP three servo power driven taping machine". Sincethen, the manufacturing process of high-end wire and cable enters the " power driven era" in taping machine.
In 2017 - GEMWELL successfully developed the "three cores torsion free pair twist & taping machine". The signalcore wires finish pair twisting and tape wrapping at one time to reduce the process flow and reach 100% back twist.The twisted products have no internal stress, which improves the cable structure stability.
