For parts where material flows, pressure remains consistent and the temperature is controlled within ±1°C  to maintain stable pressure and material's foaming degree. Due to the low strength of the foamed insulation layer and poor conductor adhesion, solid skins are covered on the inner and outer layer of the foamed layer, which is tightly combined with the foam to form an integrated Foam-Skin-Foam structure. Therefore, physical foaming extrusion is mostly a three-layer extrusion.
