Product Features:

Given the stringent requirements for signal integrity in high-speed interconnects at 112G/224G PAM4 within AI computing clusters and data centers, DAC high-speed cables (such as QSFP-DD/OSFP) are currently facing critical manufacturing challenges, including impedance fluctuations, return loss, and mechanical fatigue induced by dense cabling layouts.  
AI high speed cable active payoff type planetary stranding line is a dedicated mass-production equipment developed precisely to address the aforementioned high-frequency transmission pain points. Its core advantages are embodied in the following three dimensions.

Dynamic Tension Control for Ensuring Electrical Performance Consistency:
The system employs precision servo powered pay-off to realize dynamic constant-tension pay-off for multiple parallel cables during the high-speed cabling. By minimizing tension fluctuations, it effectively prevents microscopic tensile deformation of the insulation layer, thereby ensuring that the characteristic impedance and delay skew of the finished cables strictly comply with high-frequency transmission standards.

Specialized cone locator Stranding to Eliminate anti-flipping Pain Points of Flat Cables:
In response to the physical characteristics of flat cable(Twinax)—which are prone to twisting and misalignment (anti flipping) during stranding—the machine is equipped with a custom-designed cone twister shuttle. This stranding progressively guides the cables before the stranding point,preventing anti flipping  and ensuring that stress is applied uniformly and parallel along the cable. As a result, it effectively eliminates physical stress concentration that would otherwise be introduced by edge deformation.

Eliminating Structural Internal Stress During the Cabling:
This enables the finished cables to possess enhanced resistance to bending and fatigue failure in the cramped, high-density bending routing environments typical of data centers, thereby significantly extending their physical structural lifespan under long-term operation.
